1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the CogniGrit website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the CogniGrit website—including text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is the property of CogniGrit or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or transmit any content without express written permission.

3. User Responsibilities

By enrolling in a CogniGrit program, you agree to:

Commit to the full 6-month program duration
Attend scheduled 1:1 sessions and cohort seminars
Complete assigned asynchronous work
Maintain respectful dialogue with peers and coaches
Provide accurate enrollment information

4. Payment Terms

Tuition: Full payment or installment agreements required by program start date
Method: Secure payment processing via Stripe
Refunds: Not offered for cognitive growth programs (see Withdrawal Policy)
Late Payments: Late fees of $50/month apply if balance remains unpaid after 30 days

5. Withdrawal & Refund Policy

CogniGrit is an intensive, personalized program. Once enrollment begins, refunds are not available.

However: If your student is genuinely struggling, we will work with you on alternative arrangements. Contact admissions@cognigrit.com to discuss.

6. Limitation of Liability

CogniGrit provides coaching services "as is" without guarantee of specific academic or professional outcomes. While our program is designed to develop cognitive excellence, individual results vary based on effort, engagement, and prior preparation.

CogniGrit is not liable for:

Grades or test scores (which we don't control)
Specific career outcomes
Loss of opportunity or indirect damages

7. Conduct & Behavior

CogniGrit maintains a safe, respectful learning environment. We reserve the right to remove students who:

Engage in bullying or harassment
Show disrespect to coaches or peers
Refuse to engage in the program
Violate any applicable laws

In such cases, a refund will be provided for the remaining program term.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

All data handling complies with our Privacy Policy, GDPR, and COPPA regulations. See privacy-policy.html for details.

9. Intellectual Property in Student Work

Students retain all intellectual property rights to their work. CogniGrit may use anonymized student work for:

Program evaluation and improvement
Educational examples (anonymized)
Marketing materials (only with explicit parent consent)

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

CogniGrit provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted access to the platform
Specific outcomes or results
Compatibility with all devices

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
