Limited Cohorts. High-Performance Commitment.

We don't admit everyone. We admit students ready for intellectual rigor and coaches willing to be challenged. Start with the Cognitive Audit.

What We're Looking For

This Is Not For Everyone

CogniGrit is for students who are:

✓ Intellectually Curious

They ask "why" relentlessly. They want to understand systems, not just memorize facts. They're bored by surface-level thinking.

✓ Willing to Struggle

They understand that growth happens in the friction. They don't expect easy answers. They embrace productive struggle.

✓ Committed to 6 Months

This is intensive. Your child needs to commit 4-6 hours per week for 6 months. It's not a side activity—it's a priority.

✓ Open to Feedback

Coaches will challenge them. They need to be receptive to critique and willing to revise their thinking.

✓ Good Character Foundations

We're not interested in students who are smart but difficult. Kindness, respect, and integrity matter as much as IQ.

✓ Parents Who Support

Parents need to actively support this. Attend progress meetings. Ask your child about what they learned. This is a family commitment.

Academic achievement matters less than intellectual character. A student with a 3.8 GPA who never questions themselves won't succeed. A student with a 3.2 GPA who asks relentlessly "why" and "how do you know?" will thrive.

The Cognitive Audit: Your Starting Point

The Cognitive Audit isn't a test you pass or fail. It's a diagnostic assessment that reveals your child's cognitive strengths, growth potential, and the best track for their development.

How the Audit Works

1

Take the Online Assessment

Your child completes a 90-minute interactive assessment designed to measure the 6 cognitive dimensions (Assumption Detection, Evidence Evaluation, Bias Resistance, Sequential Clarity, Systems Thinking, and Cognitive Endurance). No cramming. No right/wrong answers. Just *how* they think.

2

Parent Reflection Form

We ask you a series of questions: How does your child approach complex problems? How do they handle being wrong? What frustrates them? How do they respond to challenge? This context matters.

3

Expert Review

Our assessment team reviews the results and creates a personalized cognitive profile. This takes 1-2 weeks and is thorough. No automated scoring. Real human analysis.

4

Personalized Feedback Session

You and your child meet with a CogniGrit coach (60 minutes) to review the results. We discuss strengths, growth areas, track recommendation, and answer all your questions about the program.

5

Admission Decision

If we believe your child is a good fit AND your family is ready to commit, we offer a spot (subject to cohort availability). If we don't think we're the right fit, we tell you honestly and suggest alternatives.

6

Program Launch

You enroll in the next available cohort (Spring or Summer). Your child meets their coach, gets assigned a cohort, and begins the 6-month intensive.

What the Audit Costs

$245 for the full assessment and feedback session.

Why not free? We take the assessment seriously. A nominal cost ensures students are genuinely interested and parent commitment is real. If you're admitted and enroll, we credit $245 toward tuition.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if my child doesn't qualify for admission?

We give honest feedback. The Cognitive Audit will show your child's current strengths and areas for growth. If they're not ready now, we suggest specific ways to prepare for next year. We're invested in your child's development, not just enrollment.

Is this program only for gifted kids?

Not exclusively. We look for intellectual curiosity and willingness to engage deeply—not raw IQ. Some of our students are "gifted" by conventional measures. Others are highly driven, self-directed learners. Both thrive here.

What if my child is older/younger than the recommended age?

Age is a guideline, not a rule. A 10-year-old who thinks like a 13-year-old belongs in Track B. A 14-year-old who is still developing foundational reasoning belongs in Track A. The Cognitive Audit determines placement.

Do you have a money-back guarantee?

We don't offer refunds because cognitive growth isn't like a product. But we do offer flexibility: if a student genuinely isn't thriving, we'll work with your family to find a better solution or exit gracefully. Very rare, but we prioritize your satisfaction.

How do you protect student privacy?

Privacy is non-negotiable. We are GDPR and COPPA compliant. Student data is encrypted. Parents control what information is shared. We never sell or distribute student data. Full privacy policy at cognigrit.com/privacy-policy.html

What happens after the 6-month program?

Your child graduates with measurable cognitive growth. Track A alumni are welcome to apply to Track B. Beyond that, we offer optional advanced seminars, mentorship connections, and continued community access. But the intensive program is complete.

What's the parent's role?

Active but not demanding. You attend a monthly 30-minute check-in with your child's coach. You review the progress dashboard. You support your child's growth at home by asking better questions and celebrating thinking, not just grades. We provide templates and guidance.
